Nación Mapu­che. Denun­cian inmi­nen­te tras­la­do del Machi Celes­tino Cordova

COMUNICADO URGENTE ANTE INMINENTE TRASLADO DEL MACHI CELESTINO CÓRDOVA 

A la opi­nión públi­ca nacio­nal e internacional

A nues­tras auto­ri­da­des tra­di­cio­na­les y espirituales 

A todo nues­tro pue­blo nación mapuche 

Al pue­blo no mapu­che que resis­te y lucha

Esta sema­na el Esta­do chi­leno ha diri­gi­do una arre­me­ti­da demen­cial con­tra de nues­tro pue­blo nación mapu­che. Diver­sos alla­na­mien­tos hacia dis­tin­tas comu­ni­da­des, des­alo­jos con vio­len­cia des­con­tro­la­da hacia los pro­ce­sos de recu­pe­ra­ción terri­to­rial y repre­sion des­pro­por­cio­na­da hacia nues­tros pu peñi/​pu lamn­gen de Temu­cui­cui. Ante lo cual No pode­mos dejar de con­de­nar, que nue­va­men­te han vio­len­ta­do y vul­ne­ra­do los dere­chos de nues­tros niños y niñas.

Lo que ha suce­di­do con una comu­ni­dad emble­má­ti­ca como lo es Temu­cui­cui es que des­de los medios de comu­ni­ca­ción pau­tea­dos por el gobierno de turno han natu­ra­li­za­do la con­de­na anti­ci­pa­da, levan­tan­do un mon­ta­je así como lo hicie­ron ante­rior­men­te con nues­tro Machi Celes­tino hace 8 años atrás.

Al mis­mo tiem­po, este gobierno ava­la el actuar de las fuer­zas repre­si­vas cuan­do se tra­ta de actuar en con­tra de nues­tro pue­blo mapu­che; sin embar­go, con­de­na con anti­ci­pa­ción a nues­tra gen­te. Lo que nos hace recor­dar el mon­ta­je diri­gi­do por la Mayor Rivas, en total cono­ci­mien­to del Direc­tor Regio­nal de Gen­dar­me­ría Leo­nar­do Barrien­tos y en pre­sen­cia del jefe ope­ra­ti­vo de la uni­dad espe­cia­li­za­da regio­nal USEP de gen­dar­me­ría que pre­ten­día colo­car dro­ga en el dor­mi­to­rio de nues­tra auto­ri­dad espi­ri­tual Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va. Por lo que nun­ca más debe­mos con­fiar ni creer­les a las ins­ti­tu­cio­nes del Esta­do chileno.

Se suma a lo ante­rior, que hoy a nues­tro Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va jun­to a otros pri­va­dos de liber­tad que par­ti­ci­pa­ron de la ins­ta­la­ción del ngi­lla­tu­we en el CET de Vil­cun , el 16 de diciem­bre del 2020, fue­ron noti­fi­ca­dos acer­ca de su cali­fi­ca­ción de con­duc­ta. La cual fue con­si­de­ra­da de Pési­ma. La jus­ti­fi­ca­ción para ello en el caso de nues­tra auto­ri­dad ances­tral es debi­do a que tie­ne dos san­cio­nes que se le impu­sie­ron como repre­sa­lias ante las legí­ti­mas denun­cias que se rea­li­za­ron a fina­les del año pasado.

Que pasa­mos a recor­dar: Las con­di­cio­nes de insa­lu­bri­dad del agua que se man­tu­vie­ron así por años en el Cen­tro de Escla­vi­tud y Tor­tu­ra; los tra­tos inhu­ma­nos y veja­to­rios; las tor­tu­ras psi­co­ló­gi­cas, ame­na­zas y hos­ti­ga­mien­tos; la per­se­cu­ción polí­ti­ca-reli­gio­sa hacia el Machi Celes­tino Córdova. 

Todo ello diri­gi­do por la mayor Alcai­de Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez y todo indi­ca que ava­la­da por la jerar­quía de gen­dar­me­ría de Chi­le y el Minis­tro Larrain que en reu­nión a puer­tas cerra­das se reu­nie­ron para per­ju­di­car a todos ellos. Redac­tan­do el Nue­vo pro­ce­di­mien­to de cali­fi­ca­ción de con­duc­ta median­te el ordi­na­rio N 5419 del 5 de noviem­bre del 2020. 

Ya que curio­sa­men­te se le han qui­ta­do los bene­fi­cios y reba­ja­do la cali­fi­ca­ción de la con­duc­ta a los que par­ti­ci­pa­ron de la ins­ta­la­ción del ngi­lla­tu­we. Para noso­tros la eva­lua­ción de la con­duc­ta, no es otra cosa que el inten­to de domes­ti­ca­ción y some­ti­mien­to for­za­do para silen­ciar a nues­tra auto­ri­dad espi­ri­tual y todo nues­tro pue­blo mapu­che con ello.

Una vez más que­re­mos denun­ciar que no se pue­de con­fiar en una inves­ti­ga­ción suma­ria que se rea­li­za con poca serie­dad y pro­fe­sio­na­lis­mo cuan­do son los mis­mos fun­cio­na­rios de Gen­dar­me­ría de Chi­le quie­nes fil­tran esta inves­ti­ga­ción dán­do­se­la a cono­cer a la Mayor Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez quien es la per­so­na inves­ti­ga­da. La cual ha pro­ce­di­do en su afán de ven­gan­za, a tomar repre­sa­lias fren­te a todos los pri­va­dos de liber­tad que han decla­ra­do en su con­tra fren­te al Coman­dan­te Rafael Rojas Cid y la minis­tra de fe Caro­li­na Matus de la Parra Pin­to. Por lo que nos encon­tra­mos ante una ins­ti­tu­ción corrom­pi­da y ante una mafia que ope­ran en el CET de Vilcun.

Dicha ins­ti­tu­ción que no cum­ple con los están­da­res míni­mos para rea­li­zar su misión de rein­ser­ción social a tra­vés de sus pro­gra­mas de tra­ba­jo, ya que dicho sea de paso, son los mis­mos pri­va­dos de liber­tad quie­nes dis­po­nen de sus pro­pias herra­mien­tas, insu­mos y mate­ria­les para tra­ba­jar y enri­que­cer con su tra­ba­jo pre­ca­rio y mal remu­ne­ra­do al CET. Sin embar­go, se les exi­ge a los pri­va­dos de liber­tad que deben cum­plir con el régi­men de tra­ba­jo, a pesar de no dis­po­ner de los medios.

Esta situa­ción nos tie­ne en aler­ta máxi­ma ante la posi­bi­li­dad inmi­nen­te de tras­la­do a una car­cel de régi­men cerra­do de nues­tra auto­ri­dad ances­tral y los demás pri­va­dos de liber­tad que han esta­do acom­pa­ñan­do a nues­tro Machi. Sin lugar a dudas, toda esta situa­ción es en repre­sa­lia debi­do a las dis­tin­tas denun­cias que hemos rea­li­za­do y en don­de la auto­ri­dad del CET se ha vis­to aco­rra­la­da y se está jugan­do su últi­ma car­ta. Pare­cie­ra ser que la situa­ción es gen­dar­me­ría ver­sus pre­sos. Se van ellos o noso­tros. Situa­ción en la que está colu­di­do el Con­se­jo Téc­ni­co. Ya que el regla­men­to no esti­pu­la que si hay reba­ja de con­duc­ta se debe ser trasladado.

De con­cre­tar­se este tras­la­do, nues­tro Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va ya se ha pues­to en dis­po­si­ción de lucha y rápi­da­men­te esta­ría ini­cian­do una nue­va movilización.

Por últi­mo, y no menos impor­tan­te, debe­mos denun­ciar el incum­pli­mien­to de los acuer­dos rea­li­za­dos con el gobierno para colo­car tér­mino a la huel­ga de hambre.

Por todo lo ante­rior, lla­ma­mos a todo nues­tro pue­blo nación mapu­che, a nues­tras auto­ri­da­des tra­di­cio­na­les y espi­ri­tua­les a todo el pue­blo no mapu­che cons­cien­te que se movi­li­za y lucha a movi­li­zar­se como lo esti­men con­ve­nien­te y estar en aler­ta fren­te a la repre­sion que hoy esta­mos vivien­do como pue­blo nación mapuche.

Por últi­mo, hoy es más urgen­te que nun­ca luchar por la liber­tad del Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va y todos los pre­sos polí­ti­cos Mapu­che y no mapuche.

COMMUNICATION URGENTE AVANT LE TRANSFERT IMMINENT DE MACHI CELESTINO CÓRDOVA

À l’opinion publi­que natio­na­le et inter­na­tio­na­le À nos auto­ri­tés tra­di­tion­ne­lles et spi­ri­tue­lles À tout notre peu­ple, la nation mapu­che Aux non-Mapu­che qui résis­tent et com­bat­tent Cet­te semai­ne, l’État chi­lien a diri­gé une atta­que insen­sée con­tre notre nation mapu­che. Divers raids vers dif­fé­ren­tes com­mu­nau­tés, expul­sions avec vio­len­ce incon­trô­lée vers les pro­ces­sus de récu­pé­ra­tion terri­to­ria­le et répres­sion dis­pro­por­tion­née vers nos pu peñi /​pu lamn­gen de Temu­cui­cui. Avant cela, nous ne pou­vons ces­ser de con­dam­ner, qu’ils ont une fois de plus vio­lé et vio­lé les droits de nos enfants. Ce qui s’est pas­sé avec une com­mu­nau­té emblé­ma­ti­que telle que Temu­cui­cui, c’est que les médias mis en pla­ce par le gou­ver­ne­ment du moment ont natu­ra­li­sé la sen­ten­ce anti­ci­pée, sou­le­vant un mon­ta­ge com­me ils le fai­saient aupa­ra­vant avec notre Machi Celes­tino il y a 8 ans. Dans le même temps, ce gou­ver­ne­ment sou­tient les actions des for­ces répres­si­ves lorsqu’il s’agit d’agir con­tre notre peu­ple mapu­che; cepen­dant, il con­dam­ne d’avance notre peu­ple. Cela nous rap­pe­lle l’assemblée diri­gée par le major Rivas, en plei­ne con­nais­san­ce du direc­teur régio­nal de la gen­dar­me­rie Leo­nar­do Barrien­tos et en pré­sen­ce du chef opé­ra­tion­nel de l’unité de gen­dar­me­rie régio­na­le spé­cia­li­sée USEP qui enten­dait pla­cer de la dro­gue dans la cham­bre de notre auto­ri­té spi­ri­tue­lle Machi Celes­tino Cor­do­va. Nous ne devons donc plus jamais fai­re con­fian­ce ni croi­re aux ins­ti­tu­tions de l’État chi­lien. En plus de ce qui pré­cè­de, aujourd’hui, notre Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va ain­si que d’autres déte­nus qui ont par­ti­ci­pé à l’installation du ngi­lla­tu­we au CET de Vil­cun, le 16 décem­bre 2020, ont été infor­més de leur qua­li­fi­ca­tion de con­dui­te. Ce qui était con­si­dé­ré com­me terri­ble. La jus­ti­fi­ca­tion de cela dans le cas de notre auto­ri­té ances­tra­le est due au fait qu’elle a deux sanc­tions qui ont été impo­sées en repré­sai­lles aux plain­tes légi­ti­mes qui ont été dépo­sées à la fin de l’année der­niè­re. Ce qui est arri­vé à rete­nir: Les con­di­tions insa­lu­bres de l’eau qui sont res­tées com­me ça pen­dant des années au Cen­tre pour l’esclavage et la tor­tu­re; trai­te­ment inhu­main et humi­liant; tor­tu­re psy­cho­lo­gi­que, mena­ces et har­cè­le­ment; la per­sé­cu­tion poli­ti­co-reli­gieu­se de Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va. Tout cela diri­gé par la mai­re Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez et tout indi­que qu’il a été approu­vé par la hié­rar­chie de la gen­dar­me­rie chi­lien­ne et le minis­tre Larrain qui, lors d’une réu­nion à huis clos, se sont réu­nis pour leur fai­re du mal à tous. Rédac­tion de la nou­ve­lle pro­cé­du­re de qua­li­fi­ca­tion de com­por­te­ment par le biais de la N 5419 ordi­nai­re du 5 novem­bre 2020. Depuis, curieu­se­ment, les béné­fi­ces ont été reti­rés et la qua­li­fi­ca­tion de con­dui­te abais­sée à ceux qui ont par­ti­ci­pé à l’installation du ngi­lla­tu­we. Pour nous, l’évaluation du com­por­te­ment n’est rien d’autre que la ten­ta­ti­ve de domes­ti­ca­tion et de sou­mis­sion for­cée pour fai­re tai­re notre auto­ri­té spi­ri­tue­lle et tout notre peu­ple mapu­che avec elle. Une fois enco­re, nous vou­lons dénon­cer qu’une enquê­te som­mai­re menée avec peu de sérieux et de pro­fes­sion­na­lis­me ne peut pas fai­re con­fian­ce alors que ce sont les mêmes res­pon­sa­bles de la gen­dar­me­rie chi­lien­ne qui fil­trent cet­te enquê­te en la fai­sant con­naî­tre au major Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez, qui est la per­son­ne fai­sant l’objet de l’enquête. Lequel a pro­cé­dé dans son désir de ven­gean­ce, à ripos­ter con­tre tous les pri­vés de liber­té qui se sont décla­rés con­tre eux devant le com­man­dant Rafael Rojas Cid et la minis­tre de la foi Caro­li­na Matus de la Parra Pin­to. On se retro­uve donc devant une ins­ti­tu­tion corrom­pue et une mafia qui opè­rent dans le CET de Vil­cun. Cet­te ins­ti­tu­tion qui ne répond pas aux nor­mes mini­ma­les pour mener à bien sa mis­sion de réin­ser­tion socia­le à tra­vers ses pro­gram­mes de tra­vail, puis­que ce sont d’ailleurs les déte­nus eux-mêmes qui ont leurs pro­pres outils, four­ni­tu­res et maté­riels pour tra­vai­ller et enri­chir le CET de leur emploi pré­cai­re et mal rému­né­ré. Cepen­dant, les per­son­nes pri­vées de liber­té sont tenues de res­pec­ter le régi­me du tra­vail, même si elles n’en ont pas les moyens. Cet­te situa­tion nous met en état d’alerte devant la pos­si­bi­li­té immi­nen­te de trans­fert dans une pri­son fer­mée de notre auto­ri­té ances­tra­le et des autres pri­son­niers qui ont accom­pag­né notre Machi. Sans aucun dou­te, tou­te cet­te situa­tion est en repré­sai­lles en rai­son des diver­ses plain­tes que nous avons dépo­sées et où l’autorité du CET a été accu­lée et sa der­niè­re car­te est jouée. Il sem­ble que la situa­tion soit gen­dar­me­rie con­tre pri­son­niers. Eux ou nous par­tons. Situa­tion dans laque­lle le Con­seil tech­ni­que est en collu­sion. Puis­que le règle­ment ne sti­pu­le pas qu’en cas de réduc­tion de com­por­te­ment, celle-ci doit être trans­fé­rée. Si ce trans­fert a lieu, notre Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va s’est déjà ren­du dis­po­ni­ble pour com­bat­tre et enta­me­rait rapi­de­ment une nou­ve­lle mobi­li­sa­tion. Enfin, nous devons dénon­cer la vio­la­tion des accords pas­sés avec le gou­ver­ne­ment pour met­tre fin à la grè­ve de la faim. Pour tout ce qui pré­cè­de, nous appe­lons tout notre peu­ple mapu­che, nos auto­ri­tés tra­di­tion­ne­lles et spi­ri­tue­lles, tous les non-mapu­ches cons­cients qui se mobi­li­sent et lut­tent pour se mobi­li­ser com­me ils le jugent appro­prié et être en aler­te con­tre la répres­sion que nous subis­sons aujourd’hui com­me Peu­ple de la nation mapu­che. Enfin, aujourd’hui, il est plus urgent que jamais de lut­ter pour la liber­té de Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va et de tous les pri­son­niers poli­ti­ques mapu­che et non mapu­che. Liber­té à tous les pri­son­niers poli­ti­ques mapu­che !! Liber­té pour tous les pri­son­niers de la révol­te! Dig­ni­té pour tous ceux qui sont pri­vés de liber­té !! Machi Celes­tino gra­tuit !! URGENT COMMUNIQUÉ DUE TO IMMINENT TRANSFER OF MACHI CELESTINO CÓR­DO­VA­To the natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal public opi­nion­To our tra­di­tio­nal and spi­ri­tual autho­ri­ties­To all of our Mapu­che peo­ple nation­To the non Mapu­che peo­ple that resist and strug­gleThis week the Chi­lean Sta­te has direc­ted their crazy attack against our Mapu­che peo­ple nation. The­re have been seve­ral raids against dif­fe­rent com­mu­ni­ties, evic­tions with uncon­tro­led vio­len­ce towards the pro­cess of terri­to­rial reta­king and dis­pro­por­tio­na­te repres­sion towards our pu peñi/​pu lamn­gen (brothers and sis­ters) in Temu­cui­cui (VIII Region of Chi­le), that we can­not but con­demn. They have again vio­la­ted and vul­ne­ra­ted the rights of our boys and girls.What has hap­pe­ned in an ico­nic com­mu­nity of Temu­cui­cui, is that the media paid by the govern­ment have natu­ra­li­sed an anti­ci­pa­ted sen­ten­ce, arran­ged a set-up as they did befo­re against our Machi Celes­tino, 8 years ago​.At the same time this govern­ment endor­ses the actions of the repres­si­ve for­ces when it acts against our Mapu­che peo­ple; howe­ver, it con­demns our peo­ple with the anti­ci­pa­tion. This reminds us of the setup direc­ted by Major Rivas, under the total know­led­ge of the Pri­son Regio­nal Direc­tor Leo­nar­do Barrien­tos and under the pre­sen­ce of the ope­ra­tio­nal chief of the regio­nal spe­cia­li­sed unit USEP of the Pri­son Ser­vi­ce, that tried to pla­ce drugs in the room of our spi­ri­tual autho­rity Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va. Due to this we must never trust nor belie­ve the ins­ti­tu­tions of the Chi­lean State.Added to this, on the 16^th of Decem­ber 2020, our Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va together with other pri­so­ners who par­ti­ci­pa­ted in the ngi­lla­tu­we at the CET of Vil­cun were noti­fied about their beha­viour qua­li­fi­ca­tion. This was con­si­de­red as Awful.The jus­ti­fi­ca­tion for such thing, in the case of our ances­tral autho­rity, is due to the fact that he has two sanc­tions that were inpo­sed upon him as a repri­sal of the legi­ti­ma­te com­plaints that were made at the end of last year.What we must remem­ber: the con­di­tions of water insa­lu­brity that for years was had at the Cen­ter for Sla­vary and Tor­tu­re, the inhu­ma­ne and degra­ding treat­ment, the psy­cho­lo­gi­cal tor­tu­re, threats and harass­ment, the poli­ti­cal-reli­gious per­se­cu­tion towards Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va. All of this was direc­ted by Major Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez and, as it all indi­ca­tes, endor­sed by the herarchy of the Chi­lean Pri­son Ser­vi­ce and Minis­ter Larrain (who behind clo­sed doors met to harm them all) draf­ting a new pro­ce­du­re of beha­viour qua­li­fi­ca­tion through memo N 5419 dated 5^th Novem­ber 2020. Inci­dently, their bene­fits and qua­li­fi­ca­tions had been taken away, to tho­se who par­ti­ci­pa­ted in the making of the ngi­lla­tu­we (sacred rite).To us, the beha­viour eva­lua­tion, is nothing more than an attempt to domes­ti­ca­tion and for­ced sub­mi­tion to silen­ce our spi­ri­tual autho­rity and together with all of our Mapu­che people.Once again, we want to expo­se that we can­not trust a sum­mary inves­ti­ga­tion that is carried out with little serious­ness and pro­fes­si­na­lism as it is done by the same Chi­lean Pri­son Ser­vi­ce offi­cers who lea­ked the inves­ti­ga­tion and let­ting Major Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez know about it (who is the per­son being inves­ti­ga­ted) and who has pro­cee­ded with a desire for ven­gean­ce, taking repri­sals on all tho­se pri­so­ners who made a sta­te­ment against her befo­re Com­man­der Rafael Rojas Cid and minis­ter of faith Caro­li­na Matus de la Parra Pin­to. We are the­re­fo­re befo­re a corrupt ins­ti­tu­tion and befo­re a mafia, that ope­ra­tes from the CET of Vilcun.This said ins­ti­tu­tion does not meet the mini­mum stan­dards to carry out their mis­sion and has not deve­lo­ped a basic pro­gram of social rein­ser­tion. In fact it is the very peo­ple (the pri­so­ners) who have their own tools, sup­plies or mate­rials for work, enrich with their own work (pre­ca­rious and badly paid) at the CET. Howe­ver, the pri­so­ners are made to carry out their work regi­me, in spi­te of the fact that they have no means to do so.This situa­tion has us in maxi­mum alert due to the pos­si­ble and immi­nent trans­fer of our ances­tral autho­rity and other pri­so­ners who have accom­pa­nied our Machi, to a clo­sed regime.Without a doubt, this who­le situa­tion is a repri­sal due to the dif­fe­rent com­plaints that we have carried out and whe­re the CET’s autho­rity has been cor­ne­red and they are pla­ying their last card. It would seem that it is the pri­son ser­vi­ce ver­sus the pri­so­ners. A situa­tion that is in collu­sion with the Tech­ni­cal Coun­cil, becau­se the rules do not sti­pu­la­te that if the­re is a lowe­ring of good beha­viour that they should be transferred.If this trans­fer actually hap­pens, our Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va has already put him­self in a figh­ting mode and he would quickly start a new movilisation.Lastly and but least impor­tantly, we must denoun­ce the breach of the agree­ments carried out by the govern­ment to end the hun­ger strike.Due to the abo­ve, we call on our Mapu­che peo­ple nation, our tra­di­tio­nal and spi­ri­tual autho­ri­ties, to all our con­cious non Mapu­che peo­ple that it mobi­li­ses as they deem fit and to be on alert due to the repres­sion that we are today living as a Mapu­che peo­ple nation. Fler­ta­let hus­rann­sa­kan har genom­förts i våra samhä­llen, okon­tro­lle­ra­de våld­sam­ma vräk­nin­gar från lan­då­ter­ta­gan­de pro­ces­ser och opro­por­tio­ner­ligt förtryck mot vår pu peñi/​pu lamn­gen från Temu­cui­cui. Inför det­ta kan vi inte slu­ta för­döm­ma, att de åte­ri­gen har våld­samt förtryckt våra barns­rät­tighe­ter. Det som skett i den emble­ma­ti­ka samhä­lle som Temu­cui­cui repre­sen­tan­ter är att den rege­ringsstyr­da ins­cen­sätt­nin­gen av det kom­mu­ni­ka­tions medier­na visar natur­lig­gör den förhas­ta­de skuld­be­lägg­ning av vårt folk, genom att ska­pa en mon­te­ri­ng av hän­del­ser­na som de tidi­ga­re gjort med vår Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va för 8 år sedan.Samtidigt som, den­na rege­ring stöd­jer deras repres­si­va styr­kors age­ran­de mot vår mapu­che folk, däre­mot, skuld­be­läggs vårt folk förhas­tat. Det som för oss till­ba­ka till min­net av iscen­sätt­nin­gen ledd av Högs­te Rivas, i total kuns­kap av den Regio­na­la Gen­dar­me­ri Direk­tö­ren Leo­nar­do Barrien­tos och inför vitt­nan­det av den ope­ra­ti­va che­fen för den spe­cia­li­se­ra­de regio­na­la Gen­dar­me­ri enhe­ten USEP som för­sök­te inplan­te­ra dro­ger i vår Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va sovrum. Grun­dat i det­ta bör vi aldrig mer lita på de Statli­ga chi­lens­ka ins­ti­tu­tio­ner. Sume­rat till det­ta, har idag vår Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va till­sam­mans med andra frihets­be­rö­va­de som del­ta­git i ins­ta­lla­tio­nen av ngi­lla­tu­we i CET från Vil­cún, den 16 decem­ber 2020, bli­vit noti­fie­ra­de kring betyg­sätt­nin­gen av deras beteen­de. Vil­ket var den säms­ta tänk­ba­ra. Rätt­fär­di­gan­det för det­ta avseen­de vår urål­dri­ga auk­to­ri­tet är att han har två sank­tio­ner som man tvin­gat fram i form av repres­sa­lier inför de legi­ti­ma anmäl­nin­gar som genom­förts i slu­tet på förra året. Som vi nu kom­mer att kom­ma ihåg; de ohäl­so­sam­ma förhå­llan­den vatt­net haft under åra­tal i Tortyr- och Sla­ve­ri-Cen­tret; omäns­kli­ga och tra­kas­se­ra­de förhåll­nings­sätt; psy­kisk­tortyr, hot och bes­traff­nin­gar; den poli­tisk-reli­giö­sa för­föl­jel­se av Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va. Allt det­ta lett av den högs­te Alcai­de Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez och allt pekar på stö­det från hie­rar­kin i Chi­les gen­dar­me­ria och minis­ter Larrain som i ett möte bakom stäng­da dörrar gick sam­man för att påver­ka samtli­ga. Till­sam­mans skrev de ihop den Nya pro­ce­du­ren för betyg­sätt­ning av beteen­det genom ordi­närt N 5429 date­rad till 5 novem­ber 2020. Då det under­ligt nog har bort­ta­gits för­de­lak­tighe­ter och mins­kat beteen­dets­betyg av dom som del­ta­git i ins­ta­lla­tio­nen av ngi­lla­tu­we. För Oss är betyg­sätt­nin­gen av beteen­det, inget annat än ett tvin­gan­de för­sök till att täm­ja och kuva för att på så sätt tys­ta ner vår spi­ri­tue­lla auk­to­ri­tet och där­med hela vår mapu­che folk. Ännu en gång vill vi anmä­la att det inte går att lita på en suma­risk utred­ning som genom­förs med lite all­var och pro­fes­sio­na­li­tet då det är sam­ma tjäns­te­män inom Chi­les Gen­dar­me­ria som fil­tre­rar under­sök­nin­gen och ger infor­ma­tion till Högs­te Jes­si­ca Rivas Her­nán­dez som är den miss­tänk­te. Som däref­ter age­rat i enlighet med hen­nes hämdlyst, att ta repres­sa­lier gen­te­mot samtli­ga frihets­be­rö­va­de som vitt­nat mot hen­ne inför över­fälls­beha­va­ren Rafael Rojas Cid och för­troen­de­mi­nis­tern Caro­li­na Matus de la Parra Pin­to. Var­på vi står inför en korrum­pe­rad ins­ti­tu­tion och inför en maf­fia som styr inom CET av Vil­cún. Den­na ins­ti­tu­tion som inte upp­når ens en lägs­ta stan­dard för att genom­fö­ra sitt arbe­ta av att åte­ran­pas­sa socialt genom sina arbets­pro­gramm, för att det är de frihets­be­rö­va­de själ­va som erhå­ller sina egna arbets­verktyg, ins­tats­va­ror och arbets­ma­te­rial och ökar där­med CET rike­do­mar genom sitt dåligt betal­da jobb. Däre­mot så krävs det från de frihets­be­rö­va­de att de mås­te uppfy­lla sin arbets­re­gi­men, även om de inte tillhan­dahå­ller pro­duk­tions­med­let. Den­na situa­tion har oss på högs­ta bereds­kap inför den inmi­nen­ta möj­lighet av förflytt­ning till ett fän­gel­se­med stängd regi­men av vår urål­dri­ga auk­to­ri­tet och res­te­ran­de frihets­be­rö­va­de som har följt vår Machi. Utan tve­kan, har hela den­na situa­tion upps­tått som förtryck på grund av de nya anmä­lan som vi genom­fört där CET led­nin­gen har sett sig inrin­ga­de och spe­lar sitt sis­ta kort. Det ver­kar som situa­tio­nen är gen­dar­me­ri kon­tra fängs­la­de. Anti­gen går dem eller så går vi. Situa­tion som spe­las med av den Tek­nis­ka Nämn­den. Då regel­ver­ket inte fas­tä­ller att i det fall beteen­des betyg sänks att man bör förflyt­tas. Om förflytt­ning äger rum, har vår Machi Celes­tino tagit sig an kam­pen och kom­mer sna­rast star­ta en ny mobi­li­se­ring. Slutli­gen, och inte des­to min­dre vik­tigt, bör vi anmä­la att öve­rens­kom­mel­ser som gjort med rege­rin­gen under hun­gers­trej­ken har ute­bli­vit. På grund av allt vi nämnt, kallar vi hela vårt vårt mapu­che folk­na­tion, till våra tra­di­tio­ne­lla och spi­ri­tue­lla auk­to­ri­te­ter till hela icke mapu­che fol­ket med­vet­na som käm­par att mobi­li­se­ra sig som ni bäst kan tän­ka och att vara vak­sam­ma inför förtryc­ket som vi dag får upple­va som mapu­che folk­na­tion. Saman­fatt­nings­vis är det idag vik­ti­ga­re än någon­sin att käm­pa för vår Machi Celes­tino Cór­do­va fri­giv­ning och alla poliskt­fängs­la­de mapu­che och icke mapu­che.
